Waterfront Director

Camp Nominingue, a private Quebec residential English-speaking summer camp for boys, aged 7 to 16 years, is looking for persons who qualify for the following positions, who are enthusiastic, possess a sense of humour, and are patient:

 

  • Available June 14th to August 22nd, 2010
  • Must possess strong skills in leadership, staff training and supervision, programming, communication, organization and administration
  • Job includes staff supervision, waterfront programming, instruction and administration for a population of 150 campers and 60 staff.  

Minimum Requirements:

  • NLS
  • LSS instructor
  • Experience in a residential camp setting or equivalent experience
  • Sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, kayaking experience is an asset

Camp Nominingue is located north of Mont-Tremblant in the Upper Laurentians (about two hours north of Montreal/ three hours from Ottawa.)  It is a RESIDENTIAL camp - staff will live on the camp site at Lac Nominingue.
