Camp Maple Leaf is more than a summer camp. Located on a 104 acre island in the Kawarthas, it is a place rich in adventure, fun and resorative powers. Our programming promotes the development of self-confidence, self-esteem, problem solving skills, leadership and conflict resolution. Since its establishment in 1955 by the Canadian Council of War Veterans, over 30,000 underprivileged children have enjoyed the transformative experience that only summer camp and Camp Maple Leaf can have.
Camp Maple Leaf currently has some openings for the following positions:
*2 Male Reach For The Rainbow Counsellors
Qualifications:
* able to work with and support children with special needs
* patience
* ability to work one-on-one with camper
Applicants must also:
*have a passion for working with children
*have an outgoing personality
*be in a post-secondary program
