Camp Pathfinder is an historic boys' summer camp, located on Source Lake in Algonquin Park, ON. The camp, established in 1914, requires a camp baker to manage production for spring, summer and autumn programming. Minimum 3 years experience in a comparable kitchen required. Safe food handling, menu planning, inventory purchase and control, expertise in creation of breads, desserts, special event baking, gluten-free baking for special needs audiences. Ability to perform at highest level in a team under the Head camp cook's direction.
