Responsibilities include: Helping to coordinate and implement the program for both Canoeing and Kayaking, managing up to 8 staff. The applicant should have experience instructing canoeing and kayaking, managing staff and have their Bronze Cross in swimming and their ORCKA flatwater instructors.
