Pearce Williams Christian Centre is looking for a qualified Head Cook to run our camp kitchen for the summer. The Head Cook responsibilities include, but are not limited to, menu planning, food ordering, preparing food for up to 140 people, managing kitchen staff, cleaning the kitchen and ensuring that the camp kitchen follows health and safety guidelines.
We currently have one (1) opening for Head Cook.
The Head Cook will provide a current criminal reference check and have relevant experience. Standard First Aid is an asset.
The job description for all staff at Pearce Williams Christian Centre is to do what needs to be done to ensure that our summer campers have the most amazing summer camp experience.

Compensation is negotiable. There is the opportunity to live on site during the week at camp. All positions include room, board and use of facilities.
Locations: Pearce Williams Christian Centre,
Dates: June 25, 2012 – August 27, 2012 inclusive (weekends off), there are also some days during June where our school group programs may require our catering services.
