CAMP OOCHIGEAS- Summer Office Manager

Camp Oochigeas is a privately funded, volunteer based organization that provides children with cancer and children affected by childhood cancer with a unique opportunity for growth through challenging, fun, enriching and magical experiences.
The summer office manager will enjoy doing work that is of a clerical nature in a dynamic office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Database management using Raisers Edge
· Answering phones and delivering messages
· Facilitating camper family and volunteer communication
· Receiving and sorting mail, faxes and deliveries
· Ordering office supplies
· Managing parts of summer budget including petty cash.
· Compiling and organizing volunteer and camper evaluations.
Interested applicants must have excellent interpersonal, organizational and computer skills. Experience in a camp setting is an asset.
- June 11th - June 22nd in our Toronto Office
(College/ Bathurst)
- June 23rd - August 25th (with the option to extend contract to September 2nd) at our residential camp (Rosseau, Ontario)
All members of the all-summer staff team must be at least 19 years of age. This is a paid residential summer contract position at our site near Rosseau, Ontario. All hires will be contingent on positive references, a criminal background check and the completion of the required medical screening.
