ESL Teachers

Canadian International Student Services (CISS) operates several residential language programmes that cater to foreign students. We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic ESL teachers to deliver high quality language instruction to our students.
Most of our programmes involve teaching one or more classes of approximately 15
students and participating in programme activities.
Specific accountabilities include:
- Designing, revising, and updating of course material in consultation with the Director of ESL and other faculty;
- Defining, evaluating, and validating learning outcomes;
- Utilizing appropriate strategies and tools for assessing student learning.
Due to the nature of our programmes, the teachers are given room and board on-site, which is included in addition to their salary. Programmes run from the end of June to late August.

Qualifications:
- B. Ed. or equivalent
- Candidates pursuing a degree in education may be considered.
